Delivery and Returns

Postage Rates 

We like to keep things simple here so all our deliveries are sent 1st Class postage, we aim to sent your goods out the same day if ordered before 3pm but on the occasion this is not possible and it will be sent out on the Next Working Day. Postage is calculated on your order value. Please find the rate below. 

• 0 - £5.00  Postage £2.49
• 5.01 - £10.00 Postage £3.49
• £10.01 - £30.00 Postage £4.49
• All Orders Over £30 FREE POSTAGE 

Please Note we have a separate Postage rate for Wool/Yarn as this is more bulky to Ship. The following rate apply on any of our Wool and Yarn.

        * All orders over £30.00 are FREE POSTAGE

Returns Policy 

Faulty/Defective Goods.

If the goods purchased from us are faulty or defective in any way then we will either replace them or will refund you.

Please notify us within 28 days of receiving your order. 

 Please Note : We will only refund delivery charges if the whole order is damaged. 

Returns 

We accept returns provided they are returned in there original condition and unused, as long as you have contacted us within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please Note unless the items are faulty the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. 

Please note the following items are excluded from the returns policy 

• Subscription boxes 
• Project Boxes 
• Any items purchased in the Sale

Refunds 

All Refunds will be made back the official payment method.

All refunds will take approximately 3- 5 days but can take up to 7 days, so please wait until the full 7 days until contacting us. 

Cancellations 

Customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or telephone to cancel the order before the cancellation time period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us to our return address at your own cost. 

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible within 14 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

The supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.

The supply of a subscription box that has already been sent, but the following box will be cancelled.
